Emmanuel Puga Pereira joined Innovacom in 2005 and mostly focuses on early stage investments in high tech companies (hardware, software and service). Emmanuel serves on the board of Active Circle and Mobile Devices. Previously he was a board member of Steek (sold to F-Secure in 2009) and Streamezzo (sold to Amdocs in 2010).

Prior to joining Innovacom, Emmanuel occupied various positions in France Telecom group. In particular, he was head of the very high speed data business solutions marketing in France Telecom in 2004 and head of mobile data business solutions development in Orange from 2000 to 2003. He also developped an expertise in mobile data networks and services in Orange Labs from 1996 to 1999.

Emmanuel is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale Superieure des Telecommunications, and has followed the International Business Development Program of Essec.
